Q: How will our relationship work?

A: Since we know we must earn your continued patronage on each and every visit, we don't use contracts. We depend on open communications and your candid evaluation of service.

Q: Who will be in my home?

A: Jerry and Lesley, the owners. We don't hire employees so you have the owners each and every cleaning.

Q: At what time will Cleaning by Lesley's team arrive at my home?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm. You will be scheduled during these times. You may request a cleaning before or after 12 noon.

Q: Do I need to be home when Cleaning by Lesley arrives?

A: It is not necessary to be home in fact most of our customers are not home. Lesley keeps all keys in a safe in her office. For Security reasons we do the following procedure. We don't make copies of any keys. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning you may incur a lockout charge.

Q: Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

A: For your convenience equipment and normal cleaning supplies are provided by Cleaning by Lesley. We have done a lot of research on what works best on hard water stains, furniture polish and on hardwood floors. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish to use your own preferred supplies. If you prefer your own supplies we do ask you leave them in a tote or bucket so we can easily carry them around the house. We do ask that you leave one roll of paper towels.

Q: Do I have to do anything before a cleaning?

A: In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys, and other household items. We look forward to coming and getting started cleaning right away!

Q: What will Cleaning by Lesley do in my home?

A: Our free in-home estimate allows us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. Our service includes high dusting, removing cobwebs, and dusting all fan blades, dusting , dusting of baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knickknacks, window blinds, and windowsills, furniture, and basic light fixtures, and vacuuming or mopping throughout. Cupboard fronts are spot-cleaned, floors are washed and kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and scrubbed. Most bathroom floors are done on our hands and knees the old fashioned way. We will try our very best to accommodate all your cleaning needs.
