Q: What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?

A: This is also why we pass out the schedules. Just give the office a call at least 72 hours in advanced!

Q: Are you insured and bonded?

A: It is very important that anyone working in your home/office be insured and bonded. Cleaning by Lesley are fully insured and bonded.

Q: What if something is damaged when my house is cleaned?

A: We treat your home with the greatest of care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. We do need to know within 24 hours of a cleaning.

Q: How much does Home Cleaning cost?

A: Every home is different, that is why we like to come and meet with you in your home to better understand your cleaning needs. For an average size home around 1500-2000 square feet, the rate is $90.00 per hour and then by the job. Deap-cleaning is $120 per hour. Rates vary anywhere from $90.00 - $150.00. Lesley will be glad to discuss your home cleaning with you.

Q: How often should my home be cleaned?

A: We will work with you to develop a schedule to suite your needs. Most clients have us visit weekly, bi-weekly. We also do one time cleanings, special occasions, move in/ move out cleanings.

Q: Is your service guaranteed?

A: All of our cleaning is 100% guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any portion of your cleaning please call the office by the following day at 10am so we can arrange for Lesley or Jerry to come by and fix what ever is in question.

Q: How will I pay for my cleaning?

A: Payment is accepted the day services are rendered. Simply leave payment in the envelopes Cleaning by Lesley has provided you. We accept cash or checks made out to "Cleaning by Lesley".

Q: How will I know when to expect my cleanings?

A: We leave a schedule every 4 months so that you can see what is coming up and if you need additional cleanings around the holiday's etc. We also leave a copy of the policies, and Mission Statement as well as the days we are closed. Cleaning by Lesley will call or email you the night before to remind you of your cleaning.
